We stand behind our products and service with state of the art customer satisfaction process. All customers are put into our customer management system, so that we can quickly pull up your order and answer any questions that you may have quickly without delay. Customers are assigned a customer relationship manager, that will take care of all customer needs from pre-order questions to post order support. PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

We respect your privacy and your information is kept private by American Wireless. We do not share your information with third parties unless only required for the processing of your order. Your credit card information is not stored in our system per PCI regulations for secure storage and transmission of financial data. To provide customers full assurance we are PayPal and Google Certified merchants and all customers may utilize Google Checkout or PayPal as methods of payment. To combat fraud and identity fraud all orders are shipped only to the billing address on the credit card and all high ticket items require phone verification. We take fraud seriously and will prosecute fraud to the fullest extent permitted by the law.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days unless specified as high demand item. High demand items are processed in the order they are submitted and may take longer based on the order cue. We take full effort to process orders as fast as possible, which is a reason we are one of the first places to turn to for hard to find items, but at the same time we do not provide specific times for shipment for high demand items and customers may cancel per our cancellation terms if they can not wait for the item to ship.

ORDER SHIPPING

We provide convenient shipping methods through FedEX, UPS and USPS. We generally ship out orders the same business day from our fulfillment center in Arlington, Virginia. High demand items are shipped out as soon as order is on top of the order cue and ready for shipment. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please provide one business day for your tracking information to update in the system.

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our product with a full 30 day return period for all items as long as they have not been activated. For all handsets there is a 20% restocking fee after placing order if you are not happy for any reason, as long as handset is provided to us in new condition with all items and box included. For any high demand items that are on backorder there is also a 20% cancellation fee once an order has been put into the cue. For any virtual items, if the service has not been completed yet the order may be cancelled with a 50% refund back to the customer. To ensure full customer satisfaction and low prices for all customers, our return / cancellation terms are mandated for all orders and can not be adjusted for any reason.
